Send Us Your Stuff

What are we looking to do?
We would love to spread the word to your camp friends and alumni and let them know they, and their bunk mates can join this collection by sending in their best images from both Camp Year books and campers personal photographs as well as the stories that connect them.We would love to spread the word to your camp friends and alumni and let them know they, and their bunk mates can join this collection by sending in their best images from both Camp Year books and campers personal photographs as well as the stories that connect them.
We are also interested in:

  • Your personal photographs
  • year book photographs (color is best)
  • year book inscriptions
  • t-shirts
  • old postcards (blank and written)
  • diary entries

Essentially, we are interested in all vestiges of camp life from 1970 until 1992… the bunkmates, peer groups, crushes, counselors, foreign counselors, dining hall, waterfront scenes, theater, sports, social nights, dances, professional staff (camp directors, janitors, laundry staff), the color war, the panty raids, the velour shorts… no detail is too arcane. We are looking to capture the full force of the era, and the splendor that is the American camp experience, from the complex web of relationships and the daily routine, the romance and the rejection, the order and the anarchy, the music and the style all down to the very last raging hormone.

How can you be in the book?
The easiest way is to send scans (300 dpi and above) of your favorite images to campdirector@campcampbook.com and add a few words about what makes them so special to you.

Please, please, please, be in touch with any questions at all, and SPREAD THE WORD…
